Aisha is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team and is an experienced commercial litigator who specialises in providing advice on high-value commercial disputes including contractual disputes, boardroom disputes and contentious insolvency.

Aisha works with clients across a wide range of industries, in both High Court litigation and international arbitration. Aisha has a strong track record of dealing with sector disputes including energy and sustainability, public procurement and information technology.

  • Acting for trustees of, Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance in relation to their interest rate swap claims against Lloyds Bank Plc.
  • Amey Highways Ltd v. West Sussex County Council [2019] EWHC 1291 (TCC): advising WSCC in its defence of a £28 million procurement challenge brought by disappointed bidder.
  • Acting for a group of shareholders in their claim against a pension company for deferred consideration following the sale of a renewable energy plant.
